By Prosper Mene The Anambra State Government has categorically dismissed social media allegations implicating Dr. Nonye Soludo, wife of Governor Chukwuma Soludo, in a ₦38 million contract at Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU), labeling the
