If the dress code hadn’t been “wedding couture,” we would have sworn Lateef Adedimeji and Mo Bimpe were renewing their vows.
The Nollywood power couple turned heads at the Lagos premiere of “A Mama Deola Wedding Story” on Wednesday, September 2, arriving in looks so bridal-inspired they looked ready to walk the aisle all over again.
Mo Bimpe: The Modern Bride

Styled by Zack Styling, Mo Bimpe wore a custom off-white mini dress by Juliet Peters. The tweed design featured a V-neckline, subtle puff sleeves, and a structured bell-shaped skirt. The bridal moment was sealed with an oversized bow at the back waist.
She carried the theme through in the details: a small white floral bouquet tied with ribbon, pearl statement earrings, a tennis bracelet, and a bold ring. Her off-white pointed-toe slingbacks had sculptural heels and crystal-embellished bow straps.
For beauty, Mo opted for a high beehive updo with one soft tendril framing her face. Her makeup was soft glam with defined cat-eye liner, rosy cheeks, and a glossy brown lip.
Lateef Adedimeji: The Groom

Lateef took a classic approach to wedding couture. He wore a tailored off-white pinstripe double-breasted suit with wide-leg trousers, styled with a light blue dress shirt and navy patterned tie. Black leather dress shoes finished the base.
His accessories added polish: gold stud earrings, a gold bracelet, a signet ring, and a luxury leather-strap watch peeking from his cuff.
Together, the Adedimejis looked like they’d come straight from their own ceremony to the cinema.
About The Couple & The Film
This stylish outing comes weeks after Lateef and Mo hosted a thanksgiving party to celebrate the arrival of their triplets.
Lateef Adedimeji is an actor, filmmaker, and producer. Mo Bimpe is an actress, filmmaker, and entrepreneur. The couple got married in 2021 and continue to balance individual projects with collaborations in Nollywood.
“A Mama Deola Wedding Story” expands Folagade Banks’ beloved Mama Deola character into a feature-length comedy centered on Demilola and Femi’s wedding. Directed by Femi Adebayo, the film stars Omowunmi Dada, Rotimi Salami, Shaffy Bello, Bukky Wright, Erica Nlewedim, and Toyin Abraham.
Lateef and Mo proved that couple dressing can be thematic without being matchy-matchy. Elegant, intentional, and very on-theme.
