Ayra Starr and Zayn Malik are giving fans a closer look at their highly anticipated collaboration.
Behind-the-scenes footage from the shoot of “Heaven Baby” – the standout track from Ayra Starr’s third studio album Starrgirl which dropped on August 14 – shows the two stars sharing laughs, dancing and vibing on set.
In the clips, Ayra steps out in a purple satin slit dress paired with thigh-high leather boots and a beaded choker, while Zayn keeps it cool in a black bomber jacket, dark trousers and a heavy gold chain.
But beyond the fashion, it’s their chemistry that has everyone talking.
The pair are seen sitting together clinking red cups, laughing over stacks of cash, dancing on a glowing lit-up floor and singing along to “Heaven Baby” between takes. In one lighthearted moment, Zayn is seen sticking his tongue out playfully as Ayra gestures beside him.
“Heaven Baby,” which blends smooth R&B and pop, is a song about falling for someone and enjoying the rush that comes with it. The track, which features the British singer and former One Direction star, has quickly become a fan favourite since Starrgirl arrived in August.
While the official music video is yet to drop, these behind-the-scenes moments are already building anticipation for what is set to be one of the biggest visuals from the album era.
