Nollywood box-office queen Funke Akindele has announced a major partnership with Facebook for the release of her upcoming film, The Four: No One Fights Alone.
The actress and filmmaker disclosed this on Thursday in a post on her verified Instagram page.
According to her, the collaboration is aimed at taking the film to a global audience.
“We’re taking THE FOUR to the world, and Facebook is coming with us,” she wrote.
Akindele described the partnership as the next phase of her career, while appreciating her fans for their consistent support over the years.
“I’m so excited to announce my partnership with Facebook for THE FOUR: NO ONE FIGHTS ALONE! The love you’ve shown me and my stories over the years has brought us this far. Now, let’s make this next chapter one to remember!” she stated.
She also revealed that the platform will be home to exclusive content from the film, including preparations, premiere looks, behind-the-scenes moments and gist from the set.
“The preparations, premiere looks, behind-the-scenes moments and all the gist? You know I won’t leave you out!” she added.
The filmmaker directed her followers to follow three Facebook pages for first-hand updates: FUNKE AKINDELE, OFFICIAL FUNKE AKINDELE and FAANTV.
“Follow our Facebook pages, FUNKE AKINDELE, OFFICIAL FUNKE AKINDELE, FAANTV, for exclusive moments and firsthand updates. You’ll hear it there first!”
She signed off with the film’s official tagline: “No one fights alone, and I’m taking you with me!”
The Four: No One Fights Alone is scheduled for cinema release on December 11, 2026. This comes after the massive success of her last blockbuster, Behind The Scenes, which grossed over ₦2.7 billion at the box office.
