Nollywood icon Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde’s daughter is officially engaged to her partner, Manny, after a romantic proposal in Mexico — and the photos are everything.
Meraiah shared the news on Instagram with a series of candlelit photos captioned with pure romance. She called Manny her “Mr. Intentional” and “LOML,” writing that their love story was “hand crafted by God.”
“It will always be a yes from me now and forever,” she added, ending with a prayer for their future and the new hashtag: #MxM26.
The setup was straight out of a movie: rose petals on the floor, white florals, tall candles, string lights, and a fireworks display lighting up the night sky as Manny popped the question.
Meraiah wore a floor-length white gown with a high neckline, long sleeves, and a thigh-high slit. The details stole the show — feather-trimmed cuffs, a dramatic train, and minimalist accessories: dainty earrings, a bracelet, and a silver anklet. She styled her hair in a high bun with soft curls and went for warm, glossy makeup with a neutral lip.
Manny matched the moment in an all-white short-sleeved shirt and trousers, paired with a silver chain and luxury watch.
And the ring? A large oval-cut diamond solitaire on a slim band. Classic setting, major statement.
Omotola wasted no time celebrating.
“Stop press! Have you heard? My Twinnie is engaged!” she wrote.
Then came the real announcement: “I guess we have a wedding to plan!”
Meraiah has grown up in the spotlight as part of one of Nigeria’s most beloved entertainment families. She’s built her own lane in fashion and lifestyle, and now she’s stepping into her next chapter.
No wedding date has been announced yet, but if this proposal is anything to go by, we’re already watching for the bridal looks.
