The 21-year-old Super Falcons shot-stopper has signed a permanent deal with Crystal Palace Women, putting pen to paper on a two-year contract that will keep her at the South London club until 2028.
Erhabor joins the Eagles from Portsmouth FC Women, where she spent the 2025/2026 season. She made 6 appearances across all competitions for Pompey after signing in July 2025.
“A Really Big Step”
The young goalkeeper says she’s ready for the challenge of England’s top flight.
“It feels really good to be here. I’m very excited to get started,” Erhabor said after her unveiling in the club’s green goalkeeper kit. “I’m aspiring to play at the highest level, so this is a really big step in my career.”
Crystal Palace manager Jo Potter also backed the signing, praising Erhabor’s potential.
“Comfort is a promising young goalkeeper, and we are thrilled to have her here at Palace,” Potter said.
From Brighton Academy to the WSL
Born in the Netherlands on April 26, 2005, to Nigerian parents and raised in England, Erhabor came through the Brighton & Hove Albion Academy.
To gain first-team minutes, she went on loan to Hibernian in Scotland and Plymouth Argyle in England before her permanent move to Portsmouth last year.
On the international stage, Erhabor committed her future to Nigeria and made her Super Falcons debut in February 2026 in a friendly match against Cameroon.
Her move to Palace adds another Nigerian name to the Women’s Super League and gives the Eagles a young, international goalkeeper with experience across England and Scotland ahead of the new WSL campaign.
