Actress Funke Akindele Bello Celebrate Her 5th Wedding Anniversary

Funke Akindele-Bello the Nollywood actress and a film maker celebrates her fifth wedding anniversary with her celebrity husband, Rasheed ‘JJC Skillz’ Bello .

The celebrity couple got married in a secret wedding ceremony on August 23, 2016, in London.

Celebrating her special day, the Jenifa star took to her Instagram page to share pictures of herself and her husband to the delight of her over 13 million followers.

Posing in matching outfits, she captioned the image with prayers.

“May we continue to have reasons to smile and celebrate in Jesus name!!! Amen.

In another post, she captioned: “Thank you, Lord!! Happy 5th wedding Anniversary to us my darling husband @jjcskillz. I love you Bolarinde.”

“Thanks for all you do for us. May we live longer together in good health and wealth. Oluwa a wa pelu wa ati awon Omo wa! Oju o ni Tiwa lagbara Olorun. Amin.”

Also, JJC posted same picture on his page and wrote: “Happy anniversary my love @funkejenifaakindele 5 years down a lifetime to go. May the almighty God watch over our family, home and business. Forward forever backwards never.”

Maria BBNaija Shine Ya Eye S6 emerged as the new Head of House

Maria Benjamin the Big Brother Naija Shine ya Eye house mate has taken the seat of Head of House today for week four. She was the Immediate past Deputy Head of House.

During the Head of House games on Monday evening, Maria victoriously got the highest points and earned the most coveted title of head of house for the week.

With this new position, she is free from eviction, gets to stay in the Head of House lounge, and choose a deputy to assist her in her role.

The Head of House game had a new twist today as housemates do not have to wait for the dice to reveal number 6 before they start playing.

Each housemate was given 60 seconds to finish the course of the Head of House game and start playing according to the number of dice revealed.

The aim of this game of luck is to get the farthest within the time limit.

The housemate who finishes the course, or goes the farthest, wins and becomes the Head of House.

At the end of the game, Maria was able to go the farthest with 28 points, earning her the title of the second Head of House for the Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye season.

Peace was the first Head of House, Boma emerged as the Head of House in week two, while Pere recently handed over the emblem of power to Maria, the fourth Head of House for the season.

Simisola Adekunle Gold a Singer and songwriter,  Known as Simplysimi on her Instagram handle has revealed she does not want her child to feel pressured into doing music.

The Afro Pop and RnB artiste recently shared her thoughts via an insta-live conversation on the anxiety she would be exposed to if her child tried venturing into music.

The 33 years old  ‘Duduke’ crooner,  said she would love her child do absolutely anything she wants and be as original as possible without feeling pressured to be like her parents or anyone else for that matter.

The mother of one explained she never had to deal with that sort of pressure growing up and wouldn’t want her child to experience such.

Beyoncé’s ‘Formation’ named best music video of all time by Rolling Stone

The publication wrote, “If Beyoncé’s self-titled visual album established her as one of the greatest artists of all time, her surprise-released ‘Formation’ video (and ensuing album Lemonade) marked her as one of the most important.”

The video, which was released in 2016, included references to Hurricane Katrina, Creole culture and police brutality. Her daughter, Blue Ivy, also had a cameo.
Directed by Melina Matsoukas, the video won best music video at the Grammy Awards.
Just days after debuting “Formation,” she performed the song during the Super Bowl halftime show.
The song, which is off her sixth studio album, “Lemonade,” was the most searched song of that year.

Liquorose “shine ya eye” BBNaija 2021 Housemate Might be the First to Hit 1M IG Fans

Roseline Afije popularly known as Liquorose is among the ladies competing for the N90m prize money in the sixth season of the BBNaija show.

However, the young lady was already famous on social media even before stepping into Big Brother’s house.

Fans of the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) show were slightly taken aback after the show’s host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu announced a lady identified as Liquorose as one of the female contestants going into Big Brother’s house.

A handful of people knew they had spotted the face somewhere but their memories were only jogged after she mounted the stage and identified herself as a dancer.

This young and pretty lady is a member of the popular Girls Got Bold (GGB) dance crew popular on social media for their energetic moves to trending songs.

A visit to their official Instagram page shows that the group has over 400k with each member having nothing less than 300k followers.

Liquorose, on the other hand, now has about 881k followers from over 700k before she was announced as a BBNaija contestant.

From indications, she is going to make history as the first Shine Ya Eyes housemate to hit the 1m count on IG.

While Liquorose is mostly known to dance alongside her group members, her Instagram page shows that she’s also a force to reckon with when she’s dancing solo.
