Agbani Darego marks 20th anniversary of winning Miss World

She made this announcement on her verified Instagram page, where she shared the video of herself when she was crowned 20 years ago.

In the caption, the model stated that she was grateful for the experience.

She said, “20 years today! Forever thankful for the experience @missworld.”

Agbani broke into global consciousness when she became the first native African to win the Miss World beauty pageant in 2001.

Before then, she had won national beauty pageants such as Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria.

At the Miss Universe competition, she became the first Nigerian to place among the top 10 semi-finalists, finishing seventh overall.

She was also the only contestant to wear a maillot (one-piece bathing suit) as opposed to a bikini during the swimsuit competition.

Agbani was also known to have negotiated a modelling deal with Donald Trump’s management to establish links with modelling agencies in America.

The former University of Port Harcourt student later enrolled at the New York University where she studied Psychology, graduating in May 2012.

In 2017, Agbani married billionaire Theophilus Danjuma’s first son, Ishaya, in a private ceremony, held at the Amanjena Luxury Resort in Marrakech, Morocco.

Serena Williams walks red carpet with her husband Alexis Ohanian and their daughter Alexis Jr. at premiere of King Richard in Hollywood

All attention was focused on Serena Williams and her family as they made their way down the red carpet at the AFI Festival Closing Premiere of King Richard.

Mailbox gathered that the tennis star, 40, wore a black dress that showed some skin as she posed for pictures while standing outside the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.

While the black fabric covered her torso and one leg completely, her right leg was covered by a stocking and her shoulders were allowed to breathe as well.

She wore matching arm sleeves that started in the middle of her biceps and covered her fingers. Her chest was covered in shiny silver jewels.

King Richard, set for a wide release this upcoming Friday, centers around the younger years of Venus and Serena Williams as their father, Richard, pushes them to be great.

The best international beauty pageant set to embrace plus size women in Africa (Miss Curvy Africa Reality Tv show 2021)held at Terra kulture Victoria Island Lagos. It was no doubt a pride to Nigeria to be the first country to host the Tv show and the event was graced with topnotch celebrities in the entertainment industry and fashion.

Serena Williams pens down a heart-warming message for her Daughter Olympia

American tennis sensation, Serena Williams, hasn’t had an impressive 2021 season. Falling victim to a gruesome injury during the Wimbledon Championship 2021, the former World No.1 withdrew from the remainder of the season.

While she’s away from the tennis court, she has been spending some precious time with her daughter Olympia. BATHING:

Taking bath often has a health benefit to every woman. Always take a bath at least twice a day. This help to refresh body and often smells nice even without applying any body fragrance.

SHAVING:

Please always shave your pubic hairs neat, some married folks after few kids they stop taking care of themselves saying they are now married or old, there by allowing their pubic hairs. Pubic hairs attracts heat and heat causes odour so please help your self and shave .

DRESSING:

please learn to dress well and look neat and sexy. I don’t say dress indecently but at least look smart and sweet not tying wrapper like some old local lady, Some will even tie same wrapper for days without washing making the wrapper smell bad, Pls Wear nice skirts, tops, polo. Shorts, leggings if you wear trousers.

PANTS:

Yes you are married. But being married doesn’t give you the right to stop taking care of yourself. Panties are cheap, throw away the stain and old ones and wash and spread them privately. Doing this gives confidence.

FRAGRANCE:

Do you know that many married women don’t use perfumes or deodorants anymore ? for years you have never used perfume, body spray or deodorants for armpits.

Please try and get some nice perfumes, deodorants that you can afford and smell nice .

HAIR:

Women should always look after their hair, if you don’t have the Money to plait or weave often at least for it to be neat, it is advisable to go on a low cut and in fact you might even look more beautiful on a low cut.

All these mentioned above are very important to work on as women. As these things can promote longevity and happiness. Let people admires you with your appearances most especially your husbands.

History as Nigeria’s Tobi Amusan wins Diamond League 100m hurdles

Nigeria’s Tobi Amusan has won the 100m women’s hurdles at the ongoing Women Diamond League in Zurich.

She is the first Nigerian to win a Diamond League trophy.

Tobi also set a sensational new African Record and Personal Best of 12.42secs.

She defeated Dutch athlete Visser Nadine who ran a National Record and PB of 12.51secs to emerge second.

On Sunday, Amusan had continued her fine post-Olympics form by winning the women’s 100m hurdles at the Kamila Skolimowska meet in Chorzów, Poland.
